Subway in Emden

Subway can't do anything for that! It's more the staff and not everyone there! When I was there last night, the gentleman was eating in the evening, which is not a problem, I was sorry that he had to interrupt his meal .. unfortunately he put on gloves straight away, I asked him if he should please first Hand washing can (it is generally very unhygienic and due to corona they should have an even better hygiene concept anyway) Came with a half-full mouth "I'll put my gloves on anyway!" I had to seriously discuss with the gentleman for 5 minutes that he should Should wash your hands? After going to the toilet are only gloves put on, or what? After 5 seconds of washing hands, which was really not enough, he served us. We got no bags, got no napkins and nothing .. I would have preferred to wait another 5 minutes until he finished chewing and washing his hands that was better. .

Staff unfortunately super unfriendly and not committed. There were always insolent questions and it was very rushed, although no other guest was to be seen. Salad and things like cream cheese were empty before 8:00 p.m. like last time. Thus the sub was only poorly occupied and for the money did not fill you up in the remotest sense.

We didn't notice anything of the rudeness. The gentleman tonight was super nice. In the end you decide for yourself how "tasty" the sub is. So we were thrilled, it was very tasty. The decor could be made a bit friendlier, otherwise great.

The worst sub I've ever eaten, something so overloaded that it was just a squishy mush and I looked like a pig after the first bite. In addition, everything tasted very old.

the women making the sandwiches wasn’t wearing a mask although it’s mandatory and when i asked her why is she not wearing a mask she ignored the question, laughed and said yes yes you are right. She kept telling people to wear a mask when they enter and she herself the one who is facing the food wasn’t wearing a mask. unhygienic and unprofessional in such a time.

The baguette maker was super nice and professional

Everything stands and falls with the team. The team is great here. And finally someone who knows what "EXTRA MUCH Jalapeños" means ;-) Next time again!

Subway Emden city center May 19, 2020 Employee does not change gloves after checking out. Rubs his neck with his hands and asks the customer what type of bread - are you serious? Wipes the worktop with the same gloves and asks how the sub should be occupied - It couldn't be more disgusting !! How can you let this employee work alone in the store ...

I just waited 45 minutes! It is not possible to occupy one person at lunchtime. My lunch break was over and I had to eat it at work instead of comfortably in the restaurant itself.
